Pricing & Discounts

We normally give our resellers a discount off the published list price.

The discount we offer is based on the volume of Mailtraq licenses you sell - the more you sell the greater the discount. Typically discounts start at 15% - 17.5%, however we don't offer a discount on the very first order*

There is no restriction on the price you charge for the product. You may simply charge the list price, however many resellers combine the initial license cost with an installation charge and an annual support contract.

 

* We ask you to pay full-price on your first order to discourage end-users pretending to be resellers (and thus depriving real resellers of their margin, and giving us less time to to support them). When you go on to purchase more licenses and we are happy you are a real reseller we will be pleased to give you the 'missing' discount from the first order.
