Grisoft AVG

We provide a free plug-in for GRISoft's AVG anti-virus software.

1. Visit www.grisoft.com and obtain a copy of AVG (A free edition is available, but you should check the licensing terms with them for your situation)
2. Install AVG but do not enable scheduled tests, the resident shield or the E-mail scanner. AVG should essentially be dormant except for automatic updates.
3. Install a current version of Mailtraq
4. Download the plug-in, MailtraqAVG, and install it Click here to Download the plug-in

Mailtraq should automatically start the filter within five minutes, but you can start it manually by running the monitor utility.

To enable e-mail notification, go to Options | Setup in the Monitor utility.
