Mailtraq Calendars are ideal for project management.

The 'owner' of the project sets up a separate calendar for the project, and selects the other team members to allow them to view (and, if appropriate, edit) the calendar.

The integrated task list system provides a list of outstanding tasks associated with the project.

Meetings can be arranged with the assistance of Mailtraq's automatic invitation system - simply list the participants to invite, and the system sends them emails asking them to state whether they can attend.
