School timetables

Mailtraq Calendars can be used in numerous situations to smooth the running of schools and other educational facilities.

• Each class can have a timetable defined by a calendar (owned by the class teacher, shared read-only to each of the pupils in the class)
  
• Each classroom can have a calendar, to allow room usage to be planned by teachers.
  
• Each pupil can have their own calendar to remind them of homework and tasks they need to do, as well as recording any out-of-class activities, sports, etc, they are involved in.

Calendars can be accessed via a web-browser, so it's easy to access them from around the school, or even from home, without the need for any specialist client-side software to be installed.
