• payment by credit card or PayPal
• license issues

All other issues or configuration queries should be sent to support@enstar.net  You will receive prompt attention.

If you need urgent assitance with a payment or license problem and our offices are closed you may send an email to urgent@enstar.net and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please make sure that your email contains a brief description of your problem and your contact details.

Your email MUST contain the token <Helpme> in the subject line (see example).
