Email monitoring

Mailtraq makes it very simple for administrators to monitor all email traffic coming into and out of the domains controlled by the server.

Global archives of Inbound and Outbound mail are available automatically, and it is a simple administrative setting to produce an archive copy of every email sent and received by each user of the system.

Mailtraq provides a 'gateway' service to export copy-emails as text files to disc, where they can be archived to tape or CD. The individual file folders can be created for each user, and the permanent record of all emails retained can be used for internal audit or regulatory purposes.

The email archives retained can be 'interrogated' by conventional software tools outside Mailtraq.
