Privacy is a very serious matter for Enstar LLC. It is true that in order to process your request, we must know basic contact information such as your full name, address, e-mail address, and method of payment. All required information is kept internally and is never shared with third parties.

Refund Policy
Our products are designed so that for an initial 30 day period they may be used without payment. When you make your payment you are accepting that the product is suitable for your purposes. Because of this extensive trial period all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

In exceptional circumstances, such as mistakenly making a payment, or using the wrong credit card customers may apply for a refund from:

Applications for refunds must be made in writing and within 60 days of the initial installation.
As there is no physical product to return, requests for refund of payment must be accompanied by a notarized statement indicating that:
1 - all licensed software has been removed from the owner's computer
2 - no copies of the software have been made
3 - no beneficial use of the software is being enjoyed.
