W3C format logging

The WebMail logs are separate from the general Mailtraq logs.

This keeps the Mailtraq logs from being overwhelmed with webmail events, and allows for mor flexibilty for the WebMail logs.

You can specify separate logging periods.

You can choose the fields you want logged.

The logs are written in the W3C compatible format, so can be post-processed by standard third-party logging tools.
