Improved interface

The WebMail interface has been greatly improved. In fact, it has been completely rewritten, and whilst it retains (and extends) the 'email client' functionality it has always been known for, it now follows the design paradigm of other webmail system, rather than trying to look like a client-hosted email program.

The new clean interface has no frames, and no popups.

This means it works better on low resolution systems, and systems which don't support frames - for example screen-readers for visually impaired users.
