Instant Messaging

The Mailtraq Assistant provides a complete Instant Messaging service for easy real-time communication with other Mailtraq Assistant users (whether within your organisation or via other Mailtraq Servers visible on the Internet).

Conversations can be held with any number of participants and the conversations can be automatically transcribed. These transcriptions can be sent by e-mail to specific addresses (such as archives) or to participants (local, remote or both).
