How much will it cost?
Upgrading from earlier versions of Mailtraq
(Mailtraq 1 and Mailtraq 2.0)
Upgrading to Mailtraq 2.3 is free within 12 months of the date of your original purchase.
Thereafter, upgrading costs 30% of the current list price of the edition you are upgrading.
If you paid for your upgrade you then have Mailtraq upgrade protection:

Regardless of 'point-release' you get a minimum of 12 months Upgrade Protection starting when you last paid for a license or for an upgrade.
Thereafter, upgrading costs 30% of the current list price of the edition you are upgrading.
You then have upgrade protection for a further 12 months, starting from the date of purchasing the upgrade.
This means that, whilst you have a 'perpetual' license that will remain valid for ever, you can keep up to date with bug-fixes and new features by paying just 30% of the current list price each year.
If your upgrade protection lapses, you will still be able to re-download any builds you have already downloaded. If you want to restart your upgrade protection, this will only cost 30% of the current list price, and will give you 12 months protection from the date of restarting - there is no penalty for lapsing.
Upgrade protection is extended if a new 'point-release' is delayed.
If you purchased a 2.3 license (or purchased an upgrade which took you to 2.3), you can upgrade to any later 2.3 build for as long as we are producing 2.3 builds, even if that is longer than your 12 months upgrade protection.

Upgrading from Mailtraq 1
Step 1. Locate and copy your license key in the 'Help | About Mailtraq' dialog box.
It will look something like DP-NA-1234-1234-1234-123456
Step 2. Go to https://my.mailtraq.com In the section called 'Upgrade from Mailtraq 1', enter this number in the box, and click the Upgrade button. Be sure to complete the details to ensure the product is properly licensed to you.
What happens next?
You may pay by credit card via the international PayPal system or you may mail us a check. Full details are shown on screen. We must receive payment within 30 days of your download; otherwise Mailtraq will automatically stop working.

Upgrading from Mailtraq 2.x
Step 1. Go to your account page at https://my.mailtraq.com (Login with your email address and password)
Step 2. Locate the box on your 'Home' page called 'Installations'. Click on the name of your Installation (you may have more than one). A new page will open, showing you the upgrade options available.
Step 3. Click the 'Buy' link next to the Upgrade you want, and follow the on-screen instructions

Upsizing to a larger number of users
You may Upsize your license from your existing number of users simply by paying the difference between the list price of your current license size and the number of users you want to have.
However if your upgrade protection has lapsed, you must restart your upgrade protection (see above) before you can upsize your license.
How to Upsize
Upsizing from a Mailtraq 1 installation
You cannot Upsize directly from a Mailtraq 1 installation. You must first Upgrade to Mailtraq 2 following the instructions above. When you have converted your Installation to Mailtraq 2, please follow the instructions below.
Upsizing a Mailtraq 2 installation
Step 1. Go to your account page at https://my.mailtraq.com (Login with your email address and password)
Step 2. Locate the box on your 'Home' page called 'Installations'. Click on the name of your Installation (you may have more than one). A new page will open, showing you the upgrade options available.
Step 3. Click the 'Buy' link next to the Upgrade you want, and follow the on-screen instructions
